Add Spähpanzer kurz and Spähpanzer SP I.C. for Germany at 5.0 and 6.7

These tanks would be great to fill the gaps germany has with light tanks.
Spähpanzer kurz has only a 20mm cannon and would fit at 5.0 or 5.3 with dm63.
Spähpanzer SP I.C. has a great gun (90mm) but has limited mobility to other light tanks in that area. Would make a good 6.3 tank similar to the jpz4-5.

Light tank for Germany at rank 3

Germany has a massiv gap between the puma and the m41. This topic is about options for germany at rank3. I think germany would benefit from a light tank very much, because germany has simply no mobility and no option to spot tanks or counter flank best options in my opinion: -east german Pt76b -m41 with only solid shot -Sonderwagen III (Alvis Saladin) 92 were used by the bundeswehr and this would be the best option in my opinion -marder without atgm (best would be an early prototype) –späh…

Ah yes SP I.C. my beloved. Was my favorite tank in Wotb. But this topic shouldn’t rather be under the Suggestions?

The SP 1C was passed on the old forum if I remember correctly and I think the developers are aware that the sp 1c exists.

The main reason I created this topic is for a light tank and the sp1c and spähpanzer kurz use the same chassie and the spähpanzer kurz would be a great rank 3 light tank
