Description:
I would like to suggest the addition of Korea as a new playable nation in War Thunder, represented as a Unified Korean Tech Tree combining South Korea and North Korea.
Korea has a long and unique military history, especially during and after the Korean War, and today operates a wide range of indigenous and foreign-designed military vehicles that would fit well into War Thunder across multiple BR ranges.
Tree Structure & Additional Countries:
To ensure a complete and competitive tech tree, Korea could be expanded with associated or closely connected nations, similar to how other tech trees work in War Thunder.
Proposed structure:
- 🇰🇷 South Korea – main line (modern and late Cold War vehicles)
- 🇰🇵 North Korea – alternative line (Soviet- and Chinese-based vehicles)
- 🇹🇼 Taiwan – sub-tree (unique US-modified vehicles, fills gaps)
- 🇵🇭 Philippines – optional sub-tree (light vehicles, patrol craft, aircraft variants)
These countries share historical, political, or military equipment similarities and would help fill missing BR gaps without excessive copy-paste.
