does this mean germany gets all the french and italian tech from the war again and america gets MIG-21s and 23s and 29s ? from there test sqauds ? captured vehicles are dumb

Not reasonable, USSR, if it’s going to have more high tier light vehicles or infantry fighting vehicles it should be late sovietic or russian in my opinion. There’s a lot of russian as well other ex-Soviet republic nations that could be implemented instead.
