Acquiring air targets problem

I screwed up my control settings the other day so I uploaded my previously saved settings and I thought I was back in business. I used to be able to click the MMB to acquire targets. Now only the Alt button does that for me. I tried to change what I thought was the shortcut for MMB but it doesn’t do anything.

Maybe I’m selecting the wrong option. Any help is greatly appreciated!

its in the common controls section, called “lock target”

I think thats the control youre talking about hard to say for sure though
