Account frozen

My account was frozen after i tried too many SMS codes for the 2 step verification thing because i got messed up in the inbox. Is this supposed to be a reason for account freezes? Because I do not want to lose this account. I checked my verifications codes 5 times because they wouldent work. and it just logs me out.

If you’re spamming it, perhaps it might be suspicious reasons or you’re being a bot.

I got the same issue in the past. If they freezes your account for smsing multiple times, then i got the answer for you. You have to first contact customer service, fill in the blanks, then you should have gotten an email under 12-24 hours depending on how active they are. I got my first email regarding this under 12 hours. Communicate with them, give every information they need and eventually you’ll get your account unfrozen.
