Hello, I was banned some months ago on an account I have been playing on for 6 years for “Unauthroized Modifications”. First of all I have never cheated in any game or downloaded anything to my pc to cheat. Second of all if I was cheating or had some mod how come only my main account with all my time and money spent was banned, and not my alt account. The only possible reason I think this ban could’ve been was that last year I switched to pc from console, but still then I’m not banned on my other account which is on the same pc. I have tried appealing but support said that they can’t provide details but end of the line I’m banned. So if any help could be provided, it would be greatly appreciated becasue that account had like 2500 hours and probably close to $1000 dollars spent.
This matter is best to be chased up via DM with a Game Master as they would have more information to give you.
