Yesterday I was messing around then I accidentally bought 16.5$ worth of GE with paypal, yes it was incredibly stupid I have no idea how I even made such mistake and thinking about it made me want to bash my head against a wall. I haven’t used those GE at all, any chances I could refund them?

I do not know, but the faster the request is sent the better and unused is as far as i know a requirement.
update: I got refunded. The snail is goated going to feed it with a smaller purchase but not accidental this time
