I accidentally bought Golden Eagles right before I noticed the discount on vehicles. I haven’t used them yet and would like to ask for a refund if possible.

• Amount: 6000 GE
• Payment method: Google pay (VISA)
The GE have not been spent or used on any purchases. Please let me know if refund is possible.

I just wanted to clarify that I’m not asking for free GE or anything like that. I’m ready to spend the same amount again — I just wanted to use it during the sale to buy the discounted vehicles.
If it’s possible to refund or rollback the Golden Eagles, I would really appreciate it. Otherwise, I understand the rules.

in my knowledge, you cant request a refund for something you have already used but its worth a shot.
(note that it can take up to 3 business days to get a reply so patience is key)
