I thought that they stated they wouldn’t send the DU Abrams’ to nations other than America.

Doubtful, though it doesn’t make much of a difference as the only effective change is in the composition of the alloy… and It’s negligible.
It’s already heavily known technology, and most nations had started implementing it in the late '70s to early '80s.

Du is irrelevant it doesn’t help vs heat much. This one is suited for heat protection but even then it seems it only protects from monobloc rpg atgm

Density scale of uranium is slightly less than Wolframite alloy (tungsten) which is the densest metal as far as I know, or all humans know, but has properties that make it a better armor substance, like absorbing energy and redirecting it.

This is a M1150 array, it is not comparable to a standard M1 series armor array as the turret is vastly different in volume.
