About Luchs A2

I wonder if it is better for Luchs A2 to remove NVD and DM63 and put it in 6.0 or 6.3 br because there are already wiesel and ru251 at same br, it makes Luchs redundant in 7.3.

Honestly, if scouting offered more rewards, vehicles like these! along with the Weasel and U-SH 204 GK—and those kinds of vehicles. They’d provide valuable support and make a real difference for the team!

In my opinion, scouting should play a much bigger role in gameplay.

Just give it its RL mobility and it will be fine.

The way it is implemented now makes absolutely no sense and does NOT match the performance in the field.

You could suggest a economic change or at least present a stronger argument and what points need to be improved? I’m honestly curious.

Scouting plays a crucial role in team success, but it’s not rewarded nearly as much as it should be. Right now, spotting enemies provides minimal SL and RP compared to other roles, even though it directly contributes to victories. Vehicles like the luchs A2, Weasel and U-SH 204 GK and R3 T20, etc. rely entirely on scouting since they lack armor or powerful weapons, yet they don’t receive any real economic advantages for playing their intended role. Right now these vehicles play like SPAA vehicles, and to me that feels like it takes away from their speed and small profiles, and also what they were intended to do!

If scouting rewarded players more for marking enemies. such as increased SL/RP for successful spots and assists. it would encourage more strategic gameplay. Spotted enemies should also remain visible on the minimap longer, giving teams more time to react. Additionally, adding squad-based bonuses for scouting, or even unique mechanics like artillery guidance or electronic warfare, could make it an essential part of battles instead of just an afterthought.

Right now, the game heavily favors direct combat, but making scouting more rewarding would add depth and variety, making matches more dynamic and team-oriented.

I think you could use jammer drones or just anti-radiation missiles in the future as electronic warfare. Though im not too sure

I used AI to make this more readable lol, I hope that is a better answer^^

I wonder what kind of drugs the person who put up the combat ratings uses?)
Here’s an example:

in the Chinese branch, exactly the same jalopy has a BR 6 with a tail) Snails, you are bottom after bottom…

Instead of making scouting more rewarding, they added drones, and soon an in-vehicle drone view that makes it incredibly broken even for a single vehicle in the team to have that ability (the whole point was to be vulnerable while using the drone ffs). Also making these weakly armed scouting vehicles even more useless since much more useful light tanks, at even lower brs have access to the same drone that nullifies any advantage in mobility over firepower.

Im convinced Gaijin never even thinks about gameplay, they just add stuff for the ‘‘cool factor’’ and don’t care about how it would fit in the game. like oh drones are popular with the kidz because of a certain conflict? sure add them to the game without any consideration to immersion, balance and gameplay and now every light vehicle from the early cold war can magically spawn a modern fixed wing scout drone with HD thermals.

They could have done a good thing and atleast only given them to vehicles like the luchs or weasel, u-sh 204gk or fox, armoured cars and fast recon vehicles without super strong cannons.

Try more like 5.3-5.7 like the Sub-I-II (if Thermals removed)
