It would be great if you could actually choose your target vehicles when you’re starting a test drive. Would really help people learn how to hit certain vehicles in particular.

For aircraft that sort of already exists. When you first select “test drive” and you have all the options in the list there is a “mission editor” button to the bottom left.
For tanks/vessels you have the protection analysis found here:
I you want a mission editor for tanks/vessels you can create a suggestion for such a function in the suggestion section here on the forum. Just make sure to follow their rules and guidelines and i recommend looking at other suggestions in the same category to see how they usually look (and to check so that it isn’t already suggested previously).
Suggestions are also pre-moderated so it won’t be made public until the Suggestion Moderators approve the post.
Good to know, also your crew levels are beyond my imagination
