honestly I can see this at either very low tier or early cold war where stuff doesnt have much armor

+1, I am still for this to be added into game. They gave us the Zippo in a battle pass, don’t see why we cant have this.

I would suggest modifying this suggestion later once infantry is fully added as a special squad vehicle as it can play as a battle bus for your squad anywhere. You won’t be able to slug it out with MBTs but exposed infantry yes it can.

Is their armor just like, “raw” 45mm or do they have some composite or spaced armor?

Japan has some so in infantry we might see it in both tech trees? Did any other nation in the game trial it?
I don’t know at the moment, but I feel like it would be unnecessary copy paste. Pretty much every other nation I can think of has some sort of amphibious vehicle armed with an autocannon that can be added.

Not Japan though with sub tree Malaysia could provide that but knowing Gaijin making a jacked sub tree is unlikely

That’s understandable, but at that point there’s really no need to keep the “amphibious” requirement in there, as you could just as easily get something like the Type 96 APC instead.
