Is there a way to fully prevent these annoying ads? I know I can do the whole “click preview then go back”. However, I do not want to have to do that for every camo ad.
I know many people do not mind them but I find them annoying.

your best solution while waiting for an answer is to read “The CBT Workbook for perfectionism”. When you use it, the expected result is for you to find the preview button significantly less annoying or not annoying at all, when you are done with the book. There, problem solved because if it cant be hidden then gaijin will take 3 years to infinity to make them removeable.
So work on yourself if you dont want to suffer. You can find the book on amazon.
