Hello bois.
Not sure if everyone will aprove of this suggestion due to the general dislike of helicopters in Ground RB.
But sincerely the grind for modifications is just stupid, like look at this you grind for 2 R-60s and then 2 more R-60s in the Mi-24V/P, and after that you gotta research the R-60M for 19K rp

The worst offender overall is ATGMs, you usually gotta research to get 4 of them and then 4 or even more, this is sincerely stupid. It’s made to pad out time required to get these vehicles to their optimal loadouts.
This is the case for almost all of the helis of the rank VI, and i have a suggestion that would probably make every helicopter player happy.
Give all of the helicopters access to 4 ATGMs or equivalent for the least quantity they get when first researching them (for those who don’t get them stock) and half of the AA missiles they can carry/the older variants.
How does this look on practice?
Mi-24V/P: gets the 4 x 9M114 shturm ATGMs stock, together with 4 base R-60s
AH-1F: gets the 4 x BGM-71C stock, but we take out the duplicate TOW-2 research and make it so you research the extra 4 and then all of the upgraded TOW-2s in a single research
Mi-35M: you get the 4 x base 9M114 and 4 x 9M39 iglas stock (which is half of the total you get), and then you research the extra 4 9M114s and in a single modification you get all 8 9M120 atakas, and you research the extra Iglas in the modification you used to get all of them
this one is a bit more complicated but let’s go. AH-64A: You get 4 x Hellfires and the 2 x AIM-9L stock, i don’t understand why anyone would use the AIM-9L taking place of extra hellfires instead of the stingers, so i remove the research for those 2 and make them a stock option.

The general philosophy behind these proposed changes is giving helis a better time to play in heli PVE where players will spend most of their time grinding modifications, this way they can actually engange all of the targets (of which are scarce as fuck), those being the convoys with SPAA and Attacker aircraft.
Something i thought of just now if the helicopter allow for multiple tiers of bombs, probably giving the smaller ones (usually the 250kg bombs) stock would also be a good idea to kill the bases.
Alright that’s all folks cya’ll in battle, or not, you forum gremlims
