Heya! My advice would be for you to stay on the international Forum.
Even if your English isn’t native level yet, you will improve with practice and usage; that’s how I went from A1 to C2 between 2016 and 2024 (still improving, hopefully!)… and international Forums are always the core of content and exchanges.
Even though I am Spanish, I gotta admit I have never visited the Spanish sub-section, hahah. Well, I did a couple of times, but it was just not the same; way smaller and more limited. Of course the Russian section is probably larger, but my point still stands.

You noticed correctly. that there are more of us, the simple fact is that although English is relatively easy to understand (for me), it is inconvenient to communicate in it. I can’t use turns of phrase, many subtleties of the language. For me, English is not a flexible way to express my thoughts.
