Heya! My advice would be for you to stay on the international Forum.
Even if your English isn’t native level yet, you will improve with practice and usage; that’s how I went from A1 to C2 between 2016 and 2024 (still improving, hopefully!)… and international Forums are always the core of content and exchanges.
Even though I am Spanish, I gotta admit I have never visited the Spanish sub-section, hahah. Well, I did a couple of times, but it was just not the same; way smaller and more limited. Of course the Russian section is probably larger, but my point still stands.
