Why there aren’t the F-86D and A-31 on the US Tech tree?

Both planes already exist in the game, the F-86D being F-86K the exported variant for France, Italy and Germany and the A-31 being the A-35 in the French Tech Tree.

So why the “Sabre Dog” and the “Vengeance” haven’t been added to the US Tech tree?

and the suggestion:

Would be nice when people crash into the ground it credits the kill to the closes player to the pilot who crashed just as it is when someone “j” out; I’m so tired of people crashing onto the ground when they start to lose the dogfight, they just give up and crash in purpouse.

A-31/35 not actually used by the USA.

F-86D and K are not quite the same, since the K has 20mm cannon armament, the D has no guns at all - just 24 FFAR’s (which will be all but useless in the game)!
