Hi, i would like to share my concept for a potential West and South Slavic tech tree in War Thunder, combining the military vehicles and aircraft of Czechoslovakia, Poland, and Yugoslavia, including their successor states.
I got the idea after seeing a user asking Gaijin to add Czechoslovakia in the comments on social media. This caught my interest, so I decided to take a look at his proposed tech tree. Unfortunately, I was rather disappointed with how the concept turned out, as I believe it does not fully represent the potential that such a nation could bring to War Thunder.
This tech tree brings together three nations with rich military histories, distinctive domestic designs, and extensive experience in modifying and modernizing foreign equipment. While these countries have often relied on vehicles of foreign origin, they have also developed numerous unique designs, local variants, and interesting modifications that could bring something new to the game.
The proposed tree covers all three major vehicle branches:
Ground Forces: Slavic Ground
Aviation: Slavic Air
Helicopters: Slavic Heli
Of course, this tech tree is far from perfect. Some vehicles may be debatable, certain Battle Ratings may need adjustment, and there may be better candidates or alternative placements that I have overlooked. This is a concept built on research, historical possibilities, and a genuine interest in seeing these nations represented in the game.
