How would they get BMP-2?
A normal BMP-2 without missiles or thermals from Finland?
How on earth would this be 14.0?
Sweden only bought BMP-1 units?

Finland uses BMP-2MD, but it’s already a squadron vehicle. I have not seen anything indicating it has ATGMs.
Ok, but even so Finland’s BMPs never got ATGMs in any way shape or form.

They can get a BMP from before they removed the launcher
Finland removed the Konkurs from their BMPs a long time ago but they still had them in service but when the Fins modernized the BMP-2 stock they had the missile launcher had been out of service for years. Though they did put them on other vehicles like the XA-180
