Sea Hawk Mk. 50 and 100 are going up to 8.3 while this thing still sits at 8.0 btw. Make of that what you will.

is this the secret mig15bis variant with VK-1F?

It’s heavier than the normal mig-15 bis

Dominates every match it’s in unlike both the Sea Hawks (they’re still very solid fighters). It being heavier means nothing, it’s still a MiG 15bis. And 9Bs are rarely game changing enough to cause a BR increase, not for the Sea Hawk at least. But Gaijin strictly balances the game around player averages so these mean nothing anyway.

Nah just the good old engines before afterburners were a thing, every engine burned like like that as a result of a visual aid the devs put in place.

How does the CCIP on this thing even work? There is no way the pilot can see where the rockets are going using the cockpit sight

The Sea Hawk is superior at the end of the day.

The answer is not very well. I mainly use Cockpit view in ARB. I have to switch to 3rd person to even attempt to aim it. Which isn’t an option for everyone.

Lol 30% off when the 50% off sale is just a couple of months away

I could tell that it wouldn’t work well ingame at all, what I am wondering about is how it would have worked IRL

Oh, sorry. Probably not well irl either. 🤣

Differential link. Pilot aimed with the sight, pressed the fire button and rockets would launch with a mathematically calculated delay.
