Every year on November 4th, Italy celebrates National Unity and Armed Forces Day. The date marks the surrender of Austria-Hungary in the First World War, which allowed Italy to incorporate Trento and Trieste, thereby completing its unification. This holiday has been celebrated since 1919, although it has not been a public holiday since 1977.

P40 “G.C. Leoncello” (Italy, Rank II)
575 Golden Eagles
About the P40 “G.C. Leoncello”
- The P40 “G.C. Leoncello” (rank II) was produced in a limited run of approximately 100 units. This medium tank featured robust, sloped armor designed to increase the likelihood of enemy shells ricocheting off. Its HEAT and armor-piercing (capped) rounds offer respectable penetration, and the tank is also equipped with a coaxial 8 mm machine gun and smoke grenades.
M43 “G.C. Leoncello” (Italy, Rank II)
650 Golden Eagles
About the M43 “G.C.Leoncello”
- The M43 “G.C.Leoncello” (rank III) is another rare vehicle, however it was a real menace to Shermans in the Italian campaign. Its HEAT shells can penetrate the frontal armor of most opponents, and the self-propelled gun itself is quite compact. Keep it hidden from enemy eyes and don’t hesitate to deploy a smoke screen if you’re spotted!
