About the ship

  • HMS Belfast is now a museum ship in London, but she fought in many battles in the mid-20th century. HMS Belfast escorted Arctic convoys to the Soviet Union, participated in the Battle of North Cape and the sinking of the battleship Scharnhorst, and provided fire support during the Normandy landings. In the game, this light cruiser boasts well-protected magazines, a powerful anti-aircraft battery, and a powerful broadside. However, the lack of armor-piercing shells forces the ship to close in on enemies.

About the ship

  • USS Arkansas patrolled and escorted ships across the Atlantic. In June 1944, she provided fire support during the Normandy landings, and in August, in southern France. At the end of the war, she distinguished herself in the Pacific theater during the landings on Iwo Jima and Okinawa. For a dreadnought, the Arkansas had a decent anti-aircraft battery, and her main battery consisted of a whopping twelve 305 mm guns.

Crusader AA Mk 2 was not in D-Day?

No, only the Mk III. The easiest way to tell them apart is Mk III has the radio antenna coming out the front of the hull, the Mk II doesn’t.

The Mk II and Avenger were both nonsensical picks for a D-day themed pack
