The radar just simply says “Radar” and has no ground search function, but now we have multiple planes with ground search radar.
Multiple jets now have Anti Ship missiles, and the A-6E TRAM could use the AGM-84 Harpoon missile.

harpoons would be overpowered currently they are probably waiting to introduce it,
also the a6 doesnt really have any wepons that need a ground search radar so thats why its not implemented prob, maybe they just have it there for it to be used in the future, but who knows
