A-4B- Flares and chaff refit under project Shoehorn

Hello all,
I am searching for sources on Project Shoehorn’s countermeasure retrofits to the A-4B, mostly because it needs them in-game.
Reason behind that is that both the A-4B and A-4E early are at the same BR with the latter being at least ten times better than the tech tree “counterpart”.

See change # AFC-418-II for installation of the ALE-29.

Also I can’t see to find an early enough manual, but I remember that the ALE-29 was listed as feature in the main difference table so that may be the way to go.
