RWR screen is not working, is this a bug?

not enough info but its possible that its just because of your settings cause that picture looks really weird
but four of my friends have same issue

Obligatory did you restart the game?
A-4s have had bugs with their RWRs and whatnot for a while, I remember for a while the A-4H kept having different RWR colours every other match, idk if Gaijin ever fixed that. Nevertheless, send in a bug report

i restarted three times, and it did not work, i will make bug report when i have time

Maybe thats because you dont have threats on it?
The HUD RWR works, RWR one inside cockpit does not
