It’s also worth considering the missiles that are in question.
Until very recently most of the Soviet missiles used in their WT vehicles were relatively large weapons like the Strela, the Pantsir, the OSA. While the NATO forces were using significantly smaller warheads
Stingers or their variants, Mistrals, Starstreaks etc.
That means the SU was mostly taking hits from smaller warheads.
Then there’s the issue with the modeling of western missiles…

A10 is rated against 23mm. Its tanky even if we forget about redundant control aurfaces.

Survivorship bias strikes again
there is a decent bit of survivorship bias when talking about the a10, but its still an extreme sturdy aircraft, the real surivorship bias is related to the su25.
I’m pretty sure that the A-10 is more sturdy than the SU-25 but the Su-25 is a smaller harder target to hit.

Due to how Gajin implemented the Su-25, missiles targeting it will detonate too far resulting in a very low probability of a 1-shot kill.

Su-25 is more sturdy, A-10 is just designed to minimize damage.
