The damage models for the A-10A/A-10C and Su-25/Su-39/Su-25T/Su-25TM families are historically inaccurate and fail to reflect their renowned structural integrity and survivability. Following the precedent set by the “Sky Odyssey” major update, which significantly buffed bomber survivability based on historical research, these dedicated attack aircraft deserve a similar correction.
These aircraft were specifically designed to withstand significant battle damage, a fact that is not currently represented in the game. The recent bomber damage model rework has demonstrated the developers’ willingness to use historical data to improve aircraft survivability, and we request the same standard be applied to these iconic ground-attack aircraft.
