致战争雷霆（War Thunder）游戏开发商Gaijin Entertainment：
本人于近期购买了贵公司游戏《战争雷霆》中的ZTZ96B载具。此交易明确包含了该载具在购买时所展示及承诺的全部功能。
然而，在购买后，贵公司在完全未向消费者进行任何事前告知、说明或公示的情况下，擅自移除了该载具的两项核心功能：激光告警与光电锁定。这一行为构成了对消费者权益的多重侵害：

程序违规与程序不公：贵公司未履行最基本的告知义务。对已售出的付费商品进行直接移除功能的重大负面修改，既未在调整前发布公告，也未在调整后提供明确说明。这种针对已购商品的“暗改”行为，彻底剥夺了消费者的知情权，程序上严重不公。

实质违约与欺诈嫌疑：消费者购买时，商品所具备的“激光告警”与“光电锁定”功能是交易对价的重要组成部分。贵公司单方面、隐蔽地移除这些核心功能，已实质违反了交易达成时的契约，导致商品价值严重贬损。此举亦涉嫌构成消费欺诈。

侵害消费者知情权与财产权：根据相关法规，消费者享有知悉其购买、使用的商品真实情况的权利。贵公司未告知即削弱商品的行为，侵犯了此项权利，并对玩家已购得的数字财产造成了实质性损害。
贵公司可能援引用户协议中关于“参数调整”的条款。但必须指出，直接移除已售出付费载具的既有功能，已远超“平衡性调整”或“错误修正”的合理范畴，属于对商品内容的单方删减。任何格式条款的适用都必须遵循公平原则，且绝不豁免经营者在进行实质性内容删减时的基本告知与协商义务。
本人严正要求：

立即恢复ZTZ96B载具被移除的激光告警与光电锁定功能，并就此次未告知的擅自删除功能行为向全体受影响玩家正式致歉。

如果确有不可抗原因无法恢复，必须提供公开透明的技术或法律说明，并给予所有受影响玩家自由选择全额退款的选项，或提供公认等值的替代补偿方案。

建立透明的付费内容调整机制。未来对任何已售出付费内容进行任何涉及移除或削弱既有功能的调整前，必须提前、明确地进行公示，并预留合理的反馈与协商期。
贵公司此次“未告知即移除功能”的行为，严重破坏了商业诚信与玩家信任。本人将视贵公司的回应，保留向消费者协会、网信部门、市场监督管理部门及适用法规下的法院提起诉讼的一切权利。
To Gaijin Entertainment:
I recently purchased the ZTZ96B vehicle in your game War Thunderfor 499 RMB. This transaction explicitly included all functionalities the vehicle demonstrated and promised at the time of purchase.
Subsequently, and most egregiously, your company unilaterally removed two core functionalities from this vehicle—the Laser Warning System and the Electro-Optical Lock-On Capability—WITHOUT providing ANY prior notice, announcement, or explanation to consumers. This action constitutes multiple violations of consumer rights:
Procedural Violation & Unfair Practice: Your company completely failed in its basic duty to inform consumers. Making significant negative changes by directly removing features from a sold paid item, without a pre-adjustment announcement or a post-change clarification, is a definitive “stealth nerf.” This practice utterly deprives consumers of their right to be informed and is fundamentally procedurally unfair.
Material Breach of Contract & Potential Fraud: The Laser Warning System and Electro-Optical Lock-On Capability were integral parts of the consideration for the transaction at the time of purchase. Your unilateral and covert removal of these core features materially breaches the sales contract and severely devalues the purchased item. This action also raises suspicion of constituting consumer fraud.
Infringement of Right to Information and Property Rights: Consumers have the right to know the true situation of the goods they purchase. Your action of weakening the product without notice violates this right and causes substantive damage to players’ acquired digital property.
Your company may cite the “parameters subject to change” clause in the EULA. However, it must be stressed that directly removing existing features from a sold paid vehicle far exceeds the reasonable scope of “balance adjustments” or “bug fixes”; it is a unilateral deletion of product content. The application of any standard term must comply with the principle of fairness and does not exempt the operator from the fundamental duty of notification and consultation when making substantive content deletions.
I hereby formally demand:
Immediately restore the removed Laser Warning System and Electro-Optical Lock-On Capability to the ZTZ96B and issue a formal apology to all affected players for removing functionalities without notification.
If restoration is truly impossible due to unavoidable reasons, you must provide a transparent technical or legal explanation, and offer all affected players the option of a full refund or provide alternative compensation of universally acknowledged equivalent value.
Establish a transparent mechanism for adjusting paid content. Prior, clear, and public announcement must be made before implementing any adjustments involving the removal or weakening of existing features on already sold paid content, with a reasonable period for community feedback and consultation.
This “feature removal without notice” incident has severely damaged commercial integrity and player trust. I will reserve all rights to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection agencies, market regulatory authorities, and courts under applicable laws based on your response.
