+-85 deg fixed AESA plate for more planes

we dont even know if that radar is in service

these 2 are definitely fixed plate aesa’s (on j10c)

first they add a radar to a jet that never used it , now a radar that does not exist ? nice.

The only thing it might be in service with is the later JF-17 variants but thats not a 100% guarantee either.
gaijin should just update the J-10C radar xray model to the proper fixed plate array its supposed to be and then give it the stats for a fixed plate array.

The Su-30SM2 being having a radar and engines it never had is already bad enough as is.

atleast it tested the engines, unlike the radar

Sounds really bad if they implement radar functions for airplanes that should not have them. It would be better to look at what is actually in service.

The correct thing to do is to fix the single unrealistic radar, not make every other radar in the game unrealistic.

but will they fix it ?

Even if they don’t then one radar being incorrect is better (or less-bad) than every radar being incorrect.

No it’s not, this is a serious buff, and it’s unfair to only plane get it, while others are not

did anyone bug report that the j10C using a wrong radar/wrong azimuth coverage.

Gl finding an acceptable source for a bug report on Chinese stuff

there are pics of j10c using radars and all of them are with fixed plate AESAs.

ig this is the one in game ? (dual pylons on the belly) and it clearly uses a fixed plate radar.

thats so strange… ive never seen a KLJ-7A mounted in a J-10C

gaijin apparently has

or they just pretend that the KLJ-10 is a family of radars like the KLJ-7

but whatever it is they didnt model a fixed plate radar

thing is… ive never seen any other version of the KLJ-10A.
theres only the fixed AESA that i know of

f18e is going to be to be the worst 4.5th gen now that too by a long shot.
