60 fps on 165hz monitor

Hello. I was trying to lock my fps to 60 via NVIDIA control panel, but unfortunately the game feels slow somehow. I dont know how to explain this, but for example when I use free camera, the movement of the camera feels slower, and there are really small micro lags and barely noticeable tearing.
I have free sync enabled in my monitor’s settings and when I tried different game, it ran fine on 60 fps.

Is there any settings option in game to make it feel smoother?
I have Samsung Odyssey G5 monitor, with 165hz and 2k resolution.
My specs are RTX 4090, Ryzen 9 5900x and 32 DDR4 RAM if that matters.

I have the same problem, but I am using a 60Hz monitor, I’ve checked in the Nvidia control panel, Intel Graphic settings and in the config.blk file and nothing worked, do you have the solution?

I think I may have. Do you by any chance use SSAA?
I suspect that this setting cause this micro tearing if the fps drops below 70-80 fps. when you are enabling SSAA, the game tells you that it is recommended to run this settings if you can reach at least 100fps with it, so this may be the issue.
