Looks like it went down around 20:31 and was back about 9:32 (BST) based upon discord messages

It’s Cloudflare. Some people were DDOSing the forum recently (totally not related to the controversial Chinese export vehicles going to the Japanese TT) so Gaijin turned cloudflare protections up. And now legit users are getting inconvenienced because of it.
