How to get the trophy

Camouflage trophies can be earned with a specific probability after any battle with vehicles rank II or higher, with activity of no less than 50% (except for [Assault] PvE mode). PlayStation and Xbox players can purchase the trophy in the Item Shop and open it with Golden Eagles. Read more on our Wiki.

PC players must purchase a key from the Market to open the trophy, with part of the cost going to the camouflage creators. You can activate a key from the trophy on your account or sell it on the Market for Gaijin Coins — just like the trophy itself.

You can become a creator of user camouflages — check out the updated guide on our Wiki! It will bring you both glory and real money as a part of the War Thunder partnership program! Additionally, all authors who are included in these trophies will receive a unique title, player icon and decal. Join the creative team over on WT Live!

Definitely, there’s a crap load of vehicles with no camo and imo every plane should have at least one (at least one researchable as well imo, it gives a sorta objective when playing a vehicle)

the Fw 190 A-4 still has no grindable livery, i mean a lot of planes have no grindable livery which is a shame tbh.

Man, these update trophies are the sole exception that actually make me sad to live in the Netherlands, where opening them is forbidden due to gambling laws (which in every other case is very much a thing I support). I still have one from Project X lying around gathering dust lol (and also one or more for every succesive update too).

shouldnt exist anyway these crates are scams

I couldn’t agree more, kameraad 🇳🇱

Okay, a bit of a nitpick but it’s funny how neither gaijin or users can make a historical Finnish camo, but I’ll give props to the user for at least making the Finnish winter camo correct (shouldn’t be called Niki and lacks the actual name on the side and has the wrong camo but I digress.)

Seriously because how long it’s been since Finland was added and they still have only place holder camos unlike other subnations.

My favourite jet of the other side of the Iron Curtain. F-16 is one of my Western favourites (mainly because the Nederlands had them)

Just saw this with regards to one of the skins in the box, really looks like a lack of QC before the release of the skin:

https://old.reddit.com/r/Warthunder/comments/1s89mt1/when_does_gaijin_stop_adding_slop_skins_to_boxes/

List of things that should be corrected, from what I could see from the post:

  • The text is the wrong font, and is incomplete.
  • The “Yellow and Red” in front of the elevator, should be a Belgian flag.
  • Some with the design of the vulture.
  • And most egregious of all, is that it says “FRENCH AIR FORCE” where it should say “BELGIAN AIR FORCE”… A major mistake as in marking the wrong country in the skin, is not something that should have passed QC for a paid product.

instead of adding skins to actual vehicles that had EX every battle ship skin ever or lots of fighter skins where gonna add them in 599 GE gambling crates because 95% of vehicles in game being stuck with default skins is a good thing

they should actually just add skins for vehicles in the game or bare minimum make the crates cost SL to open

there shouldnt be a single HISTORICAL skin any of the chests
