40 New User-Created Camouflages in the Line of Contact Trophy!

The holidays are here, and the festivities are in full swing! A major update, Line of Contact, was recently released — the fifth this year! Our work doesn’t stop there, and we’re continuing to bring you new content for the update. We present the Line of Contact trophy featuring camouflages created by authors from the Live.WT portal. It contains many camouflages for ground vehicles and aircraft from various nations and ranks, including vehicles from the recent update. In the trophy you’ll find both camouflages with unique creator styles and classic patterns used across different theaters of war. In addition to camouflages, you can also earn a unique decal and rare vehicles, all in the form of coupons!

Contents of the Line of Contact trophy:

  • Coupons for rare vehicles
  • 22 camouflage coupons for ground vehicles
  • 14 camouflage coupons for aircraft
  • 3 camouflage coupons for naval vessels
  • 1 camouflage coupon for helicopters
  • A coupon for the Line of Contact decal

To unlock the trophy, you’ll need the new “Line of Contact” key that can be purchased on the Market for GJN. Read more about the Market and Gaijin Coins on the Wiki.

How to get the trophy

Camouflage trophies can be earned with a specific probability after any battle with vehicles rank II or higher, with activity of no less than 50% (except for [Assault] PvE mode). PlayStation and Xbox players can purchase the trophy in the Item Shop and open it with Golden Eagles. Read more on our Wiki.

PC players must purchase a key from the Market to open the trophy, with part of the cost going to the camouflage creators. You can activate a key from the trophy on your account or sell it on the Market for Gaijin Coins — just like the trophy itself.

You can become a creator of user camouflages — check out the updated guide on our Wiki! It will bring you both glory and real money as a part of the War Thunder partnership program!

Additionally, all authors who are included in these trophies will receive a unique title, player icon and decal. Join the creative team over on WT Live!

The Su-30MKK is absolutely amazing.

But cmon, skin for each of the Terminators, and two russian Su-30 skins but none for the AESA Typhoons, which dont even have GE camos?

Like, the pretense that this wasnt russian-centric update is all but gone.

So there is, my bad, totally missed, read through them all twice and missed it

Drives me nuts when they add a new aircraft with 0 skins, despite identical airframe already being in-game with usable skins.

Sea Harrier FRS1e is another, makes no sense to me that at a bare minimum, the default skin for the FRS1 isnt a GE skin, let alone its event skin too

Like given all the tech trees really we should be seeing 4 skins per nation given boxes have 40 skins in, One Ground, One Heli, One Air, One Boat, in a perfect world that is.

But instead we have Russia and German raking in the Skins, others being left with “fluff skins”, e.g. JP getting two boat skins for boats from older updates.
