Guys, is it just me who’s getting one-shot by them? Like, every time I get one-shot, it’s via the T-10M’s cupola shot bouncing and somehow killing my entire crew without hitting the ammo rack.
Is the HE filler even realistic? This gun somehow has more filler than a 45mm, and it’s even bigger calibers?

yeah… these things basically fire full auto aphe - the armor simulation gets really confused if you fire a lot of exploding stuff at someone
i had a gepard frontally pen the UFP of a t55… yes the ufp, the 100mm angled plate (no it was not the drivers visor)
I had a gepard kill me in my OBJ-279 by shooting the optic thingie on top that then deflected the round through my roof and killed the whole crew.
Its an issue of APHE shells overperforming. APHE is a 360 degree death ball when it should not be nearly as deadly. There was a vote on this and the community voted to keep it this way.
Wait till you see Oerlikon 35 mm APDS autocannons, in my opinion the Type 89 (IFV) which uses the autocannon for infantry fighting vehicles variation of the 35 mm Oerlikon is the best IFV in-game in this moment just because how good and powerful is the cannon, same can’t be said for the missiles it carries.
By the way, the 35 mm Oerlikon don’t uses APHE as most people says, it uses AP-I which in-game works like regular APHE but doesn’t have any explosive mass, the incendiary blows inside and can deal good damage when paired with ammunition or fuel tanks.
Yeah, if there is any green ANYWHERE on the protection analysis, you aren’t safe from this monster.
