to not nerf everything to oblivion, obviously.
Probably, the ZSU is among the more balanced forms of tank destroyers AA (tecnycally the flak 88 is an aa). When I think of a big offender, I think about the L-62 ANTI II, which is beyond garbage as an AA, but as a tank hunter is incredibly overpowered
Does anyone actually use it as an spaa? Every time I see it on battle-field it’s trying to kill tanks. It’s basically an spg in disguise.
But then they couldn’t frontally kill conquerors with 30mm API.
Just a bit annoyed at not being able to play conq because gepards.
i cant even play chieftains because of them. my only counter a lot of the time is the 5/1 centurion because i have a coaxial .50 cal that repairs fast
I use it as an AA. I would not recommend it.
The ability of autocannons to disable gun barrels is OP. It should be much, much harder than it currently is. All they have to do is pray-and-spray and bam - out of commission for a long time unless your crew is aced (currently have no aced crews)
I would argue that many autocannons are underperforming in that regard, and the primary problem with autocannons is present in API-T overpressuring heavy tanks frontally.
I’ve been the recipient of spray-and-pray to disable the guns of my heavier tanks a number of times.
But I don’t understand how AP rounds - especially the smaller ones found on spaa - can make use of the “overpressure” mechanic. Always thought that overpressure was larger HE rounds that can’t penn, but the outer explosion causes a shockwave. How do API-T rounds cause a shockwave?
Divine intervention.
Because if when they where not doing it plane where tanking 40 an 37 without problem (idr but it probably start to happened after real shather) now they stil di shit against plane but contain a nuke against tank (speculaticion obviously)
