I think it would be great at 10.3 as it is insanely OP in downtiers along with the fact it still performs well in uptiers. These russian copers ignore that it isn’t shown all the time and has features that many things at its comparable BR don’t. (for anyone reading this, yes, I’m biased. It is not fair playing against a tank that can 1 shot you and if it doesn’t, it reloads in half a second.)

the 2S38’s breach is comparatively small to similar gun calibers.
Uh, its literally only because it can reload bombs quick and it was too easy to grind with it when It was at lower BRS. Literally has nothing to do with others dying to it and it being OP at fighting.
It is in fact that Tiny but with the sacrifice of the autoloading being really Bad having to limit the rate of fire aswell as having numerous issues with this feeding system since the Gun is based on the S-60
Weird of you to call NATO fans “Russian copers”, and ignore that Strf 9040C exists which is all of 2S38’s anti-tank capabilities with slightly less pen.
Of course 2S38 will have a smaller breech than older and multi-stack ammo designs, it’s single stack loaded and a newer cannon.
Bofors has a similarly small breech despite being far older.

You used the wrong round. This is at least 5 mistakes you’ve made in the last hour.
That also requires moving HSTVL and Begleit up.
Then we get to light tanks, maybe IFVs.
And they’re all non-meta vehicles to begin with so they need rewards increases.
2S38 is OP compared to Strf 9040C… by 0.3.
2S38 is however inferior to all 10.0 MBTs in capabilities, which is partially the reason for scouting giving rewards.
The HSTVL is severely underpowered, and this isn’t about moving all IFVs up. Begleit is due for a move up anyways, it works very well where it is and is good compared to what it plays. You’re using 2 completely different examples from what I’m talking about.

you can’t compare MBT capabilities to IFV capabilities. It just doesn’t work like that. And if you believe so, CITE EXAMPLES.

HSTVL is literally perfect at 11.3, there’s nothing underpowered about it.

HSTVL is vastly superior and the best auto-light in the game.

2s38 has 52% more pen compared to 9040C, calling that slightly better pen is a circus level statement. because of this fact alone it deserves not 10.3 as you like to say but 10.7 just like the 292, another Russian BIAS unicorn
