Penetration should be that of the HVAP (57mm of penetration) but since its a APHEI-CBC it should actually be able to deal with lighter targets and not non-pen against sheet metal.
And before you say anything. no it cant pen cupolas at its BR. Most if not everything is too heavely armoured for the rounds to penetrate heavier or even some medium tanks. And the APHE charge is similar to the L3/33 CC HE charge
