Preheat oven to 325°F. Line or grease an 8x8" pan. Mix: 1¼ cups powdered sugar ½ cup cocoa powder ¼ tsp salt Add: 2 eggs 2 tbsp water ⅓ cup oil ½ tsp vanilla Stir until smooth. Fold in ½ cup flour (and ½ cup chocolate chips, optional). Spread in pan. Bake 28–32 min, until set at edges and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs, cool before cutting.
