More consistent than hesh

Now that you have done a video on 155mm Artillery, can we maybe get a fix for the damage difference of HE-VT on the G6 and Bandkanon 1C compared to regular HE? Even though both rounds have the same amount of HE filler, they do different amount of damage.

I made these two videos that highlights the difference in where you need to hit to kill a vehicle, just by using HE vs HE-VT.
