why the game keep freeze if I am in another tab not loading in the background? I always need to go to the game to load everything

Yesterday my game had low priority in task manager. If I
alt tabed then the game had 10 fps. Try to set high priority for game launcher. I couldn’t change priority for game itself, but when I changed it for launcher that also changed game priority to normal.

but the game was not moving until I go back to that tab for some reaosn
