MISSING NM28 GRENADES

INTRODUCTION

There should be several variants of the NM28 grenades, as the NM28 is compatible with all fuzes according to STANAG 2916. The NM28 is Norway’s version of the M107 and OEF-3, and should be similar to these, but with small changes, the two grenades this article & bug the report is about the “cost-effective” variants of these, which then means that they have slightly less explosives (NM28 has 6700 grams of TNT in contrast to the others). These have been used for a long time on Norway’s old M109A3GNM wagons, but are also now that we have replaced them with the new K9 Thunder wagons, they are being used at the time of writing. I made this article here to share what I found, maybe bring some attention to the problem and show some history
