I would assume either 11.0 or 11.3, specifically because the al khalid exists. It’s an ‘almost’ reprepsentation of what you could hope for from the ztz96b. New FCS on the 96B is what I’d assume will push it to 11.3 if anything does.
With a weaker round, it’s still straight up better than the T-80UD, which would put it at 11.0 minimum.
I don’t know where your information came from. At least the ZTZ96B engine horsepower as far as I know should be 1000hp. I guess the ZTZ96B in the game should only have changes on the engine and turret armor. So, obviously, he should be 10.7.
This should definitely be in the tech tree Chinese MBTs with reverse gears are a blessing, hopefully devs consider adding it.
