They have recently buffed it at not moved it up because it was obviously under performing… Gaijin dont care.

Comparing Igla to R-73 is like comparing the FIM 92E stinger to Magic 2 or aim 9m lmao

I am not comparing… I am saying if gaijin buff that thing like an R-73 it can move up it BR.
The missile is about as weak as other MANPADs , by no means an R-73

yeah, and it is still slower compared to gepard/ozelot etc.
I rather use that 90 degree and rotate turret from left to right , so I can scan most common places where air threats are coming, since it got nice turret rotation speed
At least you get a radar and IR missiles I don’t get radar at 9.7 the zsu’s radar is pretty good people who say otherwise are just there to prevent it from getting a br increase as usual it’s Russian it gets access to both treaties with a lower br radar’s most important job is to tell you who’s in the sky and the zsu does that as it should you get any air missiles combined with radar at 9.3 nobody has that at that BR especially irccm . It should absolutely get a br increase because this is not a "just shoot the lower front plate " situation

The whole purpose of the radar is to tell you where your enemy is after that you shoot your IR guided missile with IRCCM at it so that would make flares irrelevant because the radar already did it’s job which is to tell you where the aircraft is

Every AA missile on that BR range has IRCCM, only what doesnt have is Chaparral on usa, sitting in 9.0.
And it is actually quite sad AA, to be honest.
And israel version sitting on 9.7, but least it get smokeless missiles and irccm
9.3 is too low for any IR missile aa’s, but in otherhand 10,3 cas decimates quite easily aa’s especially what got f&f bombs or missiles.
And YES ZSU’'s radar is trash compared to western radars on same br ranges.
And what is most terrifying AA on 9.3 is actually type 93. Contrast lock is something what should not be in 9.3
