That will take a bit of time as no proper ATGMs have been integrated with it. It has just now completed the High-Altitude Trials with Army recommending some changes in the prototype.
Only ATGM that makes sense to be integrated is the NAG Mk2 which has completed all of its trials recently and is now waiting for orders.
Can’t they just use some Spike atgms for now?
Why would they go for Spike when Nag has passed the trials?
Zorawar has undergone only its first developmental trials. There is more development needed on the platform and multiple other subsystems that are planned for it.
just saying. This will be a really good light tank for India.
Btw is India going to use domestic APFSDS round for this or are they going to buy german or israeli rounds?
See my message here (unfortunately the website is down now and Web Archive isn’t loading the images…):
It’s probably possible there will be some interim round procurement like DM63/M426 or maybe Cockerill’s M1060CV, but I honestly don’t really know.
I think there will be initially only imported rounds as there is no production capacity of 105mm APFSDS rounds in the country. Currently I don’t have information of the origin of these rounds.
“The tank, featuring the RENK America HMPT-800 transmission and a 760 hp Cummins VTA903E-T760 engine, highlights a blend of indigenous innovation and international collaboration.”

Edit: Image fixed.
It looks like the tanks i drew as a kid.
+1 for that reason
+1. Another high speed 105mm tank gun light tank that is lacking in the UK, hope to see it in the game soon.
I’ve been trying to pinpoint any possibilities for the missiles in the canister but I’m still stuck on my original idea, the MP-ATGM which is a Nag ATGM variant. The dimensions when taking the images of the Zorawar and the MP-ATGM during testing compare favorably. They must either be having issues with integrating the software or likely due to the missile still ongoing several tests.
