They are not better hellfires, it’s more like a side grade for range with sacrifice of speed. Plus no HMD and 8 ATGMs, that’s why I would rather say they are about equal, except the stupid RWR fix which too sooooo long that made it worse than AH64 for the most part.
The Z-10ME-01 was shown off with the AG-300M
So there’s no reason the-02 shouldn’t have it aswell.
It can use SAL, IR, or MMW seekers has a 18km range and a 25kg warhead.

Before you said that, you might want to remember how Ka-50 and Ka-52 railed top tier for a good 3-5 patches.
And for anti them we have anti-air more than 8km range, so what makes you think that DIRCM is that powerful until now?
Because DIRCM is currently overperforming and will start overperforming even more with the new update as it can completely nullify half the new top teir AAs, its also like the only reason or at least the main reason the ka52 and mi28nm are 12.0 instead of 11.0 or 11.7
no it is 100% not just because DIRCM, it is because its excellent survivability as well as its excellent missiles.

Out of pure curiosity, I’d like to ask: What exactly does Gaijin intend to make the Chinese tech tree like? It lacks tanks with reliable protection, the main battle tanks have the slowest reloading speed, and their penetration depth ranks third from the bottom. Generally, a country with such poor ground forces would get relatively powerful close air support aircraft as compensation. However, the number of fire-and-forget air-to-ground missiles for Chinese fixed-wing aircraft has always been the lowest. Now even helicopters haven’t been equipped with usable fire-and-forget missiles. How exactly does Gaijin plan to attract players to play this nation and make money with this poor tech tree? If they don’t want to allocate resources to this faction that’s already regarded as abandoned, why not just delete it? This would also save Chinese faction players from persistently submitting opinions and error reports that never get a response.

What are you talking about? Mi28nm and Ka52 have better missile carrying ability than Mi28N and Ka50

new top tiers are very rarely added in folders, and gaijin loves very incremental improvements to top tier
once you get a new top tier heli it might go into a folder then but likely not before that

First, you’re lumping together high-tier vehicles like JAS39A vs C, or leo a5 a6 or a7, as if they’re minor cosmetic upgrades — when in fact, they represent substantial differences in avionics, armament, and battlefield performance. These aren’t incremental reskins — they’re tactically distinct platforms. Treating them as “just incremental improvements” ignores the actual gameplay impact.
Yet, the Z10 and Z10ME, however, have not changed anything, and DIRCM will not do anything in the top tier; see how powerful the Ka-50 is now. So, as m1a2sep and sepv2, since gaijin failed to make a difference, sepv2 also should be folded (yet ARAT might save your life somethies)
youre ignoring the point I was trying to make, this isnt the first time gaijin has done this, we as players got lucky that gaijin actually foldered the hq17 and tor m1 together, it was a rare occurrence, and very rarely happens
personally I still think youre underplaying the actual value of the DIRCM sure in future it might not be as good but currently it makes the platform immune to half the AAs in game and half the new AAs, as well as spikes and all other IR missiles, also the radar makes the z10me even better at killing planes than the z10 already was
Lucky? hell no, we ask for it! We write issues, we extract recommendations through the forum, this is not coming from nothing. Gaijin doing something does not mean Gaijin did it right, or otherwise what is the point of the issue, and in fact some Gaijin issue manager is not doing his job.
And the value of DIRCM, we will see how it actually works when it comes out, but I am not going to spend 400000 RB for this, especially next update will have so much spaa. We are not in 2023, 9m127 is still powerful but heli is bad in ground RB now
