Look at India and Romania, most of thier respective unique vehicles are premiums or events while India only has the Strela 10M, Arjun and OSA AK as researchable vehicles. Romania isn’t much better with the S.M.79 B and OSA AKM as the only TT Romanian vehicles.
If USSR gets Yugoslavia, I have a feeling that aside from a couple vehicles, it’s mostly gonna be relegated to being events.

Main issue is if Yugoslavia gets added as a USSR subtree, it will mostly be premium or events.
