Well there was an expansion to what is okay. This plane is a very mature design because its waiting for someone to buy it. I just like it because it looks like a chibi jet though I doubt it would be added in the tech tree. Event most likely

i think i would be a great adition,especialy to the yak family since its missing a whole rank 7 aviation,
at 11.0 or 11.3 i think it would be great,especialiy since its able to carry the Vichor pods (yak-130M) combined with the R-73 (withought the R77-1 option) it would be i think on par with the SU-25T in terms of ground pounding lodout,allthought i dont know if the if it could fly at 11.3 in Air RB since it would get acess to the R-77-1 (4x) and R-73 (4x) as well as the BRLS-130R AESA radar and the SOLT-130K Laser targeting/optical pod.

What exactly would make a Yak-130 superior to the current 11.0-11.7 Su-25s?

Compared to Su-25T and Su-25TM (Su-39), Yak-130 would have much more advanced avionics, the intended objective of the Yak-130 today as a trainer aircraft is preparing pilots for more advanced 4th, 4.5th and 5th-generation airplanes. According to flightglobal.com, uacrussia.ru the Yak-130 should have helmet-mounted display, which would increase its dogfighting capabilities specially combined with R-73s air-to-air missiles.
Being a trainer aircraft this is the only major advantage that the Yak-130s have over Su-25Ts, while its ground attack capabilities are visibly inferior with not much advanced weapons than smart bombs like the KAB-500Kr. Sources may mention 9K121 Vikhr and Kh-25ML but I’m using the UAC/Yakovlev slideshow in Specifications. If I would try to guess, the bare minimum it would sit at battle rating 10.7 considering the Su-25BM questionable battle rating and its capabilities. However, it’s not unrealistic to think battle rating 11.0 for this airplane.
I forgot that part indeed… But it remains a subsonic aircraft with limited payload, so it wouldn’t be top tier would it?
How good would the R-73 be with HMD? I know that the Su-25s that have it (without HMD right?) are all at 11.x

Definitely, in my opinion is unthinkable to leave it lower than battle rating 11.0 even in ground battles considering the helmet-mounted display. Su-25BM is at lower battle rating than the Su-25T because it has weaker engine and no infra-red countermeasure. AI-222-25 (2,500 kgf/engine according to roe.ru (archived) engine would be much more weaker than R-195 (3,910 kgf/engine according to in-game values), smaller airframe means weaker engine, but as a trainer for both striker and fighter airplanes should have somewhat superior dogfighting capabilities than the Su-25 given the size of the airplane itself, combined with helmet-mounted display the story unfold itself means I’m not very good when comes to airplanes and their flight capabilities in War Thunder and with the HMD it should be better.

Of course it shouldn’t be lower than 11.0, probably higher, I’m just expressing my doubt that it would be at anything higher than 12.0 in the current meta.
It remains somewhat close to an Alphajet, wouldn’t do well at higher tiers

According to RedStar, in this article, Yak-130 electronic countermeasure pods can load up to 128 chaffs or flares chargers, doing a assumption since I couldn’t find the exact model of the ECM pods, the 128 chargers is supposed to represent both wing tips, it is 64 chargers per wingtip.
