It’s not mysterious, it’s literally P2W
It’s an event vehicle…
Well, I don’t do events but as far as I know there’s always away to buy yourself through the grind to get the reward.
A Yak-3 with a gun missing at the same BR is hardly something that would get people interested.
Might as well be a modification.

So 14.7 can be P2W because you can buy the whole tt with GE and Convertible RP
Event status does not justify underBRs, it if was the case then the hf-24 would be allowed at 7.0 because “event vehicle”
In real life it was a modification, but in-game is represented as a completely different vehicle.
Of course it doesn’t
???
