This is all just laziness on the part of the developers; they don’t want to have to model anything new. I promised myself I wouldn’t grind any event where the vehicle wasn’t really cool.

Always nice to get more Dutch stuff.
But i hoped it would get atleast one unique airshow livery but it seems it wil only get the fictional dark horse skin as a second livery.

Given that MiG-25PD is unique for its kind and one of a thing in War Thunder is packing about 20GJN I wonder what would be the value for this aircraft when the event finally ends. At the same time I wonder how much worth would it be the said battleship event given the recent efforts with event vehicles.
Personally I don’t think this situation will get to better (actually unseen and unique vehicles like MiG-25PD and so on) because great majority of the community doesn’t care about event vehicles since they can be bothered with more important stuff like work and study or simply not interested in this part of the game but I’m also sure that the few people that care about getting said vehicles would like to request information on why in the all circles of hell the event vehicles uniquenesses are degrading each time?
For once Gaijin provides a candy, a band-aid, a short term solution (MiG-25PD for example) just to blast people’s interest in event vehicles thinking with the Foxbat things would improve twice with the T-72B3 Arena-E and F-16A Block 5 with no unique weapons when the Squadron variant in the same tech tree is arguably superior with even better missiles for its battle rating while both vehicles absence proper long range air-to-air weapons. And to not being inconsistent the vehicle is great surely, but the fact that it also has a DevBlog post feels, in my opinion like a slap in the face.

Bro, Ts is so buns, it could have been anything else and it’d have been more interesting, and they decided this. I mean, adding the MiG-25M for this event would have been more interesting.

Probably end up being 60-80 GJN because ts so ass no ones gonna grind it, and the people who accidentally unlock it while grinding air tech trees are either going to keep, and probably not gain the coupon to sell.

Either one (low value) or another (high value), the latter may happen if people bet on high stakes that someone will buy this for more than 20GJN, which at least one person will undoubtedly buy it. I might give a few of my time playing War Thunder to try to get something out of this event to be completely honest but I think it (the entire event) is worth the time? Definitely no: F-16A OCU is miles superior and is a Squadron Vehicle in the same tech tree, it doesn’t hold any real money value, it’s not limited to a specific time of period and both you’ll have to research the modifications regardless, is just that F-16A Block 5 is lighter and that’s it. If you want my opinion regarding copy and pasted vehicles is that the great majority should be Premium and if they need to add to the tech tree it should be with a reasonable excuse like filler to put a nation in a environment they’re not the best at (Thai close air support to Japan for example was a great addition).
