We already have the AugustaWestland Apache AH1 in game, which is not in the Italian tree. So there is no reason here why the AW159 should be expected for the same reasons.

But that was Made under license for the british army specificaly, it’s not an original design still in production and in service with other countries

It was a heli made and designed in the UK
Because the company was merged doesn’t mean the helicopter is now half Italian
if it went by that logic there would be Bradleys and CV-90s in the UK tree

Im afraid we cant keep going round in circles here.
None of the nations that operate the helicopter are connected to Italy in game or are Italain sub trees. Italy itself has shown no interest in the Wildcat and has not tested it within its armed forces. All of the export nations helicopters have been produced in the UK. The version coming to the game is the British version.
As such, the helicopter will not be introduced to the Italain tree.
Private companies state ownership % has no relation to in game deployment.

So the devs simply dont want to add it to italy for the unspecified reason, could have said that from the start

The thing is the italian lynx is hungarian and i think that should also be in the german tree
The reason has been made clear. Its not an Italian helicopter. Hence why its not being introduced to the Italian tree.
