No proof of that. Eurofighters and Rafale were 13.7/14.0 for a while before they upped the BR Cap.

Then new EF with it’s 200 degree radar should also go to 14.7, but those are to cardinal changes
or or, just add the Su-30SME to China because Myanmar certainly uses a lot of Chinese gear.

Actuallt MKI was made in 1990s without next gen radar and was delivered it to india so they will put their own radar in it, so it would ok, because it would be much worse than 30SM which was presented in 2012
but still the mki radar is upgraded for years now that even in combat exercice against france they beat the rafale in range
we still don’t have the SAAF stuff like the V3B, V3C, V3S, V3U for gripen or the F-1CZ which iirc gets R-73 and MiG-23 engine

So they just decide which time period MKI it would be, if it would be worse, ok, no problem
yep. there is at least 5 difference upgrade they can chose from.
